Since 2003, Family Therapy & Development Centers, Inc. (FTDC) has been providing short-term treatment with long-term results for children, couples, families and adults utilizing a multimodal, holistic treatment approach tailored to the individual's needs. All therapists are dedicated to creatively using safe, cutting edge research supported treatments to address a wide range of psychological problems. We have day and evening hours Monday through Friday and Saturday hours as scheduled with the therapist.

Dr. Janene M. Donarski PhD, MSW LP is a practicing fully Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Master Social Worker in Clinical and Macro work. Dr. Janene is also EMDR Level I & II Certified.

Donarski PhD, MSW LP image Dr. Janene counsels individuals in most DSM-IV-TR diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, victims of violence, and many more, as well as works in marital & couples counseling, parent/child conflicts, divorce, and adoption/foster care adjustment issues. Dr. Janene also conducts assessments and testing for psychological and neuropsychological purposes.
Marilyn J. Griffiths, MA, TLLP image Marilyn J. Griffiths, MA, TLLP is a masters level licensed psychologist and supervised by Janene M. Donarski PhD LP. She is a former teacher and works with clients of all ages: children, teens, adults, and elders. She is especially effective in working with clients on issues of parenting, depression, anxiety, anger, domestic violence, and self-esteem. With sensitivity to her client's comfort and using a variety of techniques for each situation, she will meet with individuals, couples, or families.     Vineesha Rathnam, MA, LLPC Vineesha Rathnam is a Masters Level Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) and supervised by Dr. Janene M. Donarski.Vineesha has a specialty certificate in substance abuse, and child forensic interviewing. She is certified in Trauma Model Therapy, and has completed requirements toward her certification as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is effective in working with clients on issues of depression, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, eating disorders and has experience working with Veterans and military families.
